Information collected

The guided enquiry worksheet prepares an email draft or a downloadable text brief on your device. It does not submit answers to our server or save them to application storage; browser form restoration may still occur. You choose whether to send the draft using your email provider. Direct email enquiries can include names, contact details, messages and attachments. The projects, press and careers aliases forward into the shared hello@relecgroup.com inbox. The private CMS stores staff names, email addresses, password hashes, roles, revisions and audit records; login protection records hashed email/IP identifiers. Authenticated CMS users can upload images, with filenames, descriptions and uploader records. Hosting logs require a confirmed production inventory.

Uses and approved purposes

Information submitted to RELEC may be shared internally with the appropriate RELEC team or company only where necessary to respond to an enquiry, assess a potential project, provide a requested service or route an opportunity within the RELEC ecosystem. Applicable legal grounds remain subject to professional review; this draft does not assert a processing entitlement.

Planned services

Guided enquiry delivery, newsletter signup, Talent Community registration and public CV uploads remain inactive. Unsolicited CVs and portfolios may be emailed to careers@relecgroup.com for current or future opportunities. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are planned for launch but remain inactive until their IDs are configured. Their scripts load only after Analytics or Marketing permission respectively. Browser consent and motion preferences are described on the Cookies page. No LinkedIn Insight Tag is installed.

Retention

Owner-approved operational targets, subject to final legal review: general, project and press enquiries up to 24 months; unsolicited CVs and portfolios up to 12 months for current or future opportunities; CMS, security and audit records up to 24 months. CMS account data is retained while the account is required. Media and revisions are retained while needed for active content, revision history, rollback or release recovery. Backups follow the actual hosting backup lifecycle, which still needs confirmation. Deletion procedures and any exceptions require legal review; these targets are not a claim that automated deletion is implemented.

Security

The CMS implements role-based access, password hashing, session controls and upload validation. Access to the shared inbox, production safeguards and incident procedures still require operational and legal review. No security guarantee or certification is claimed.

Service providers

Known services are Namecheap / Stellar Plus for hosting and cPanel mail, and GitHub for source, build and publishing workflows. LinkedIn is an outbound company-page destination, not an embedded tracking service. Google provides GA4 and Meta provides Meta Pixel only once configured and permitted by the visitor. Provider roles, contracts, production settings and backup arrangements require final review. Gmail used in delivery tests is not the RELEC mailbox host.

International handling

Storage locations and international access or transfers must be confirmed for the actual hosting, mail, publishing and optional tracking services. Applicable safeguards and final disclosures remain subject to legal review.

Rights and requests

Applicable rights, eligibility, procedures and response requirements need legal approval. This draft does not promise a particular process or response period.
